![]() ![]() I still can't access the network drive via explorer. I have also tried setting the Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 for the Dashboard executables, but that made no difference either. I've tried un-installing the Dashboard and re-installing it and get no issues doing this, but end up with the same result. The Seagate Dashboard worked fine, connecting to my Seagate network drive without any errors, but the X, Y and Z drives are not visible or accessible via explorer, making it a bit useless. The second laptop is 32 bit and was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. The Dashboard worked first time and the X, Y and Z drives are I'm not sure if any of this makes any difference but my goFlex home Seagate network drive works fine with no issues. The laptop that works fine is 64 bit, and was updated from Windows 8 to 10. I've had the same issue having updated 2 laptops to Windows 10 recently, One works fine and the other half works! ![]()
